How can I sign up for this program?

To join the [online intensives]please begin by filling out and submitting the form on the designated page. Once submitted, our team will reach out to you via email within a few days. After a brief consultation with our team, you will receive payment instructions. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with detailed information, and you’ll be ready to join the class. For [in-person intensives], please stay tuned to our social media for announcements on upcoming events. Participation is arranged through the respective organizers.

What can I expect from this program?

'Steps with Jay' is not just a choreography class. We help you find your own style, create dance with creative ideas, learn how to express the texture of emotions and movements, and learn how to learn and train efficiently. This program will guide you beyond being a K-pop cover dancer and support your growth as an independent artist.

Is there a lower or upper age limit?

'Steps with Jay' is currently offered to participants aged 16 and above to ensure smooth class operation. However, if you have sufficient dance experience or background, you may be able to join the program upon prior consultation with the organizers.

I'm a beginner. Can I participate in this program?

'Steps with Jay' is open to anyone and everyone. I welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, so long as they enjoy dancing. However, if you are new to dance or have little experience, we recommend the 'Mentorship' program. This program will help you build a strong foundation and prepare you for more advanced courses.

I want to cancel my class. Can I get a refund?

For in-person programs, the refund policies of the organizer and the specific event apply, while the refund policy for online programs is as follows.


Before Program Start:

  • A full refund will be issued if the request is made 7 or more days before the program’s official start time.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if the request is made 3 to 6 days before the start.

After Program Start:

  • Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued, including in cases of no-shows without prior cancellation.

Special Circumstances:

  • In case of health issues or emergency situations, refunds may be considered if valid proof (e.g., a medical certificate) is provided.

Refund Method and Processing:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to jaykiman@naver.com.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of request approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and transaction or processing fees may be incurred depending on the payment method.
